Analytics Associate - Marketing Sciences

This a full-time role with one of our esteemed client, a global player within the strategic consulting domain, based out of their Indian HQs at Bangalore.

Scope / Objective

Reporting to Executive Director - Marketing Sciences, the Associate - Analytics role is pivotal to the
Analytics function at the company. In this role the candidate will work closely with the reporting
manager on a day-to-day basis to assist with developing, disseminating and executing analytical
methodologies for use at our organisation worldwide. The candidate would be someone who loves to work
with data and is knowledgeable and willing to work on marketing research, data analysis and
statistical methods. The candidate will assist with client projects as well as with R&D on new tools
and techniques.

Knowledge and Experience

Following Market Research methodologies is required:

- Multiple Regression, Discriminant, Factor, Cluster analysis

- Perceptual mapping, Opportunity maps

- Conjoint Analysis

- Discrete Choice models (e.g. Logistic regression, Multinomial logit)

- Pricing analysis

- Structural Equation models

- Time series forecasting

- Hypothesis testing, experimental designs.

Education / Skills Requirement:

Minimum BE/BTech in Engineering or B.Sc. in Statistics or an MBA with concentration in Marketing and Marketing Research. A Masters or Ph.D. degree in Statistics would be a plus. Software experience needed: SPSS, SAS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
