Job brief : We are looking for an Analytical Head to lead the analytical Division of the company. As the Head of the Analytics team, you will play a central role in driving data-driven decision making within the company. You will be leading a team of analysts in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Your expertise in data analysis and strong leadership skills will be crucial in guiding our organization towards achieving its goals and objectives.

Should be an advisor to the CEO.

Experience: 8- 15+ years

Reports to: Director/CEO

Responsibilities:

- Handling the Analytics team

- Overall Revenue analysis & cost analysis

- Profitability Analysis

- Monthly Revenue & cost booking and reconciliation with Finance

- Providing strategic inputs to the management of the company towards strategy

- Strategy formulation

- Developing a tight Revenue Assurance process to ensure no revenue leakage.

- Should have skills in BI, Mongo, SQL, excel etc so that a visual representation of data is possible.

- Good communication skills to be able to speak to foreign clients.

- Should have had experience in being a advisor to the CEO

- Good analytical skills

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.

- Proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies in a corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.

- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools.

- Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.

- Certification in relevant analytics tools or methodologies is a plus.
