Job Title: Analyst - Workforce Analytics & Business Intelligence
Job Summary:
- Support and drive the development of Capacity/Workforce Planning & Analytics capability from, working closely with the Operations and Phones group.
Examples include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain Forecasting & Capacity planning models
- Provide analysis and Key insight related to Operations
- Build, manage, enhance and automate BI reports related to Forecasting & Capacity Planning
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Create and own volume forecasts & capacity plan models
2. Analyze data for capacity optimization
3. Analyze Internal Metrics and performance data & recommend solutions for decision making at highest levels
4. Build, manage, enhance and automate MIS reports related to Forecasting & Capacity Planning
5. Work with senior leaders and generate insights that aid key decisions relating to Operations efficiency and Workforce plan optimization
Desired Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of directly related experience in workforce planning
- Expert in tools related to forecasting and BI reporting - (MS Excel, SAS, SQL etc.)
- Proven ability in building and enhancing Workforce planning models and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build Workforce plans working with leadership towards enhancing optimization and efficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to deliver projects independently
Excel under pressure
- Masters degree in Statistics/ Economics
