Qualification - Graduate / Bachelors/PG in Business Administration

- This role specifically includes taking responsibility for the management of vendor legal contracts for the EMEA region on vendor management system (VM system).

- Responsibilities include working with legal counsel (including the Head of Commercial Legal for EMEA), vendor management personnel, service owners and procurement to identify key legal clauses in vendor contracts and to ensure they are reflected on the VM system in accordance with policy and regulation.

- The ability to critically analyze key data relating to vendor contracts in conjunction with stakeholders and the ability to represent the Legal function in a confident and articulate way.
