- Cash Flow statement based on assumptions

- Tax calculations

- Valuation - NPV method

- NoC Management and Dashboard

- Investment Dashboard

- Coordination with Due Diligence / Valuation Vendors and quick delivery of reports, preparation of mitigants against issues raised.

- Covenant tracking

- Interface with various departments of the real estate Developer
