Analyst - Transaction Advisory Services - BFSI

Financial Advisory Service major offering includes: Transaction Advisory Services; Technical Accounting and Healthcare Advisory Services where they provide services like report tie-out, work book build out, cash proofs, data analysis for financial due diligence, Leasing accounting and Revenue Recognition.

a. Compile and analyse current and historical financial information

b. Prioritize data gathered from financial reports into an Excel template that provide valuable guidance to the U.S. based engagement team on specific reviews of company financials

c. Review and tie out final client reports to ensure data accuracy of reported numbers.

d. Work and coordinate with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. on a daily basis.

e. Preparing Medicaid and Medicare cost report for Hospital and Skilled nursing facilities based in U.S. for Healthcare Advisory Services.

f. Lease abstraction for ASC 842 compliance.

a.Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, accounting standards, financial concepts etc.

b. Advanced Excel skills ( Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint skills.

c. Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis

Qualification : CA/MBA Finance/CA Inter

Candidate should be currently in Delhi/NCR or should be willing to come to come to Delhi/NCR to appear for first round of written test
