Transaction Advisory - Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate within a small team environment to execute M&A and fundraising assignments, ensuring seamless transaction processes.

2. Prepare essential collaterals such as Company deck, financial models, to support transaction activities.

3. Drive business development efforts by identifying and engaging with potential clients. Including Identifying potential clients, Engaging in conversations through various channels including email, LinkedIn, and networking events, Generating leads, Setting up calls and meetings.

4. Utilize strong presentation skills to craft compelling information memorandums and decks that resonate with investors and stakeholders.

5. Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling techniques to analyze financial data, and forecast performance.

6. Exhibit excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to interact confidently with C-Level Executives, clients, and external partners. Ability to convey complex information persuasively.

7. Embrace a steep learning curve, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountants (CAs) or Semi qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.

- MBA in finance with a strong understanding of accounts is highly desirable.

- Prior experience or internship in transaction advisory / CA firm, or a similar role is preferred.

- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for learning and professional development.
