Analyst - Trade Finance - Bank

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and execution of debt financing transactions (preparation of legal documentation, relevant quality control, coordination of transfer of funds)

- Perform FX transactions (NDF, Swaps)

- Coordinate and develop contractual documents with Legal Department

- Continuous investment administration (cash flow notification and tracking, legal documents tracking, deal restructuring)

- General fund administration and operational link to Custody Bank and Management Company

- Act as a point of contact for business partners
