Job Title: Analyst - Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Analysis Relevant Work Experience: 5 years plus experience Education Level: Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering/Technology/Business Management or similar Reports To (Title): Head of Operations Job Description: With the increase in no. of transactions and on boarding of SME merchants with partners, the risk profile of merchants has gone up. We need a resource to monitor the transactions and highlight risk and take corrective action where necessary. Along with risk, this person will also be responsible for monitoring bank transactions and highlight issues/failures observed and take corrective action. Job Functions: - Team Leader- Credit Card-Risk- Transaction Monitoring Team - Recommendations for modification of existing fraud alerts & process development based on an industry trend, fraud trends, customer's complaints, dispute trends feedback & analysis of the same. - To manage department planning, operation of the unit - Automation of various manual processes/excel trackers for RCU - Focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa for risk as well as bank errors - Manage shifts to monitor real time transactions and fix issues or coordinate with other teams for fixing the issue - Monitor & highlighting issues while keeping risk in control. - Coordination with Operation team for dispute resolution, chargeback tracking & coordination with the merchant for providing necessary documents required for Fraud Dispute Resolution process. - Prepare & Publish monthly MIS Reports - Should have the ability to spot opportunities for improving analyst's calls/processes. - Ensure the unit behaves professionally & create a good environment, increase the morale of the team members. - Work/Manage shifts for real time transactions monitoring - Various MIS preparation- Daily/Weekly/Monthly - SR auctioning within TAT - Coordination with various another department including Banks, IT etc. Desired Candidate Profile: - Should possess: Knowledge of Credit Card transaction monitoring - Knowledge of MS-Office, preference for excel, access & SQL - Interpersonal Skills - Facilitate training sessions to the team members - Good Communication and Presentation skills Qualifications/Requirements: - Ideally, a candidate who has worked in a payment gateway company or a bank (alternate channels) in a similar profile.
