Analyst - Statistician

Responsible for organizational strategy, planning and operations on the following:

1. collection, processing, collating, and generating output on payments and related data from internal and external sources as per analytical requirement adhering to sound principles of statistics;

2. supporting development of a state of the art repository populated with these data;

3. monitoring progress on digital payments at its various dimensions;

4. analysis using statistical/quantitative techniques and interpretation of results for informing decision at different levels of the organization;

5. interacting with external agencies on statistical matters

Qualification :

A post graduate in Statistics or related areas of Mathematics/Quantitative Economics/Decision Science with advanced level training in programming and modern techniques of data analysis.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the application of quantitative techniques related to any area consistent with the responsibility mentioned above. Research publications demonstrating such experience is desirable.
