Job Summary:

- Listed Derivatives is part of the Markets Prime Finance business within the bank's Markets division. LD executes and clears exchange-traded derivative products on behalf of clients via an award winning electronic trading platforms. Listed Derivatives have formulated a product team in Mumbai to become Global Centre of Competence for all exchange traded and cleared products. This ranges from understanding our global capabilities and maintaining a centre information repository for the global sales team, to designing client solutions, and with growing maturity of the team interacting with clients subject to regulatory approvals.

- We are looking for a person to be part of its newly formed LD product group. The person would be located in Mumbai and would work very closely with senior product developers across Asia and with gowning information and knowledge play strategic role in defining the clearing product offering for the business. This ranges from understanding our global capabilities, to designing client solutions and managing the development of strategic clearing products for the LD business. The person would report to the Head of Listed Derivatives product group.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Assist the clearing product team in managing the development, implementation and documentation of new LD product initiatives, including the tracking of timelines of the product offering.

- Work with Clients, Sales, Product and Operations teams to manage Client expectations and develop strategic solutions.

- Capture operational trade capture inefficiencies and design solutions to minimize risks arising from these.
Manage the IT development of Client Clearing Solutions such as Reconciliations, Reporting, Allocations and Average pricing.

Skills & Expertise:

Experience Required

- Graduate with a high level of analytical skill

- Up to 3 years in the field of Exchange Traded Derivatives.

- Business analysis experience, demonstrating superior problem-solving skills e.g. with a leading consulting firm within financial services or an International investment bank.

- 1-2 years experience of trading business and/or business processes

Essential Skills Required

- Ability to capture operational inefficiencies and design solutions to minimize risks arising from these.

- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

- Communicates needed changes to development team.

- Manage the development of Client solutions with the various IT teams globally such that these are rolled out to Clients in a seamless manner.

- Manage the UAT process and is a conduit for infrastructure issues that are raised.

- Manage the post-UAT release of new products into production

- Provide initial support for client issues manifesting in newly released products and platforms

- A desire to learn and an ability to catch on quickly is more important than an existing in-depth knowledge of Listed Derivatives
