Job description

The role is of an analyst, who will support the origination team in the following aspects:

- All aspects of financial modelling which include, Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow, valuation models, projections, Project modelling etc

- Preparation of presentations, teasers, investment memorandums etc

- Research and industry analysis, which requires extensive research on industry metrics, data mining, keeping all industry related data updated on a timely basis, research on listed/unlisted companies etc

- The candidate should be proficient in all databases such as Prowess/ Capitaline/ CapitaliQ/ Thomson Reuters/ Bloomberg etc. The candidate should possess sufficient skills to extract and process data from these databases with minimal utilization of time

- Transaction execution as support to the Transaction Lead

Duties & responsibilities

- The person with 1-3 years work experience would be expected to excel in the above skills and interact closely with the Transaction Lead. The role involves a limited travel and some client interaction at the transaction execution stage

- Candidate should be willing to work in an unstructured work environment typical to any start-up
