Job description:

- Leading the analytics engagement with the business, marketing and operations stakeholders

- Analytics in-charge/face of analytics and work as a partner to senior business leaders, process owners

- Identify, develop and drive key analytics projects relevant to the business.

- Own key metrics and share trends with reasoning with management team

- Deep dive into numbers and develop strategy for improvement and drive it with different functions

- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the direction of the business.

- Drive data driven decision making culture across functions.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Graduate from Tier 1 College

- 1+ Years of experience in relevant role and 2-3 years or more in a Sr. Analyst role.

- Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills

- Good experience on Microsoft excel
