A Senior Consultant is a role which demands high quality analysis skill to solve diverse business problems and provide high quality business insights by delivering innovative solutions that create significant impact on client's business. Understanding of data and data structures; ability to mine data to find insights and relationships is preferred. It is implied that the individual has a strong analytical bent of mind and an urge to solve problems through the effective usage of necessary tools. The individual is expected to own and take initiative with a zeal to execute projects with minimum guidance.

Competencies and Skills:

- A strong analytical bent of mind with a penchant for problem solving and trouble shooting

- Basic knowledge and understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis is required

- Expertise in Microsoft Office is a must

- Expertise of SAS, R, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Big Query, SQL is a must

- Listen clearly, communicate effectively, and observe minutely

Responsibilities:

- Devise innovative and actionable solutions for complex business problems

- Contribute in building the analytical construct directed towards solving the business problem

- Participate in structuring business problem, developing hypotheses and formulating problem solving approach

- Understand & manage all data for specific modules of analytical projects

- Use of various statistical/modeling tools and techniques to carry out analysis and reveal insights is a plus

- Provide leverage to consultants/ managers in helping to build client ready presentations based on the analysis
