Position : Analyst/Senior Analyst- Web Analytics

Qualifications :
- Graduate with 2-4 years of experience or MBA with 1-2 years of experience
- Develop insight to data, and review findings with business partners. Provide superb customer service through clear and concise communications as well as complete documentation.
- Have in-depth, hands-on knowledge of all components of Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst or Omniture) including SDR, variables (sprops, evars, events), plug-ins, campaign tracking (internal, external), SAINT classifications, link Tracking, marketing channels (SEO, SEM, e-mail, social) tracking, attribution modeling
- Understand data layer implementation on new sites and pages across website properties
- Partner with development teams for user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation
- Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations tags, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate upgrades and new functionality with appropriate internal and external team members
- Generate and schedule reports in Adobe analytics, report builder and ad-hoc analysis (Discover)
- Provide on-time and precise ad-hoc analytics support with actionable business insights
- Understanding of Hadoop architecture and working with clickstream data in Hadoop is a plus
- Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms, and identify how they impact existing clients
Technical Requirements :
Two or more years of working with the Adobe suite: Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), Target (Test & Target), report builder, and Ad-hoc analysis (Discover)
- Experience with web diagnostic tools like Fiddler 2, Charles proxy, Firebug or Digital Pulse Debugger
- Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes
- Experience with key features of Adobe Analytics including eVars, s_props, success events, VISTA rules, SAINT classifications, raw data feeds, pathing/fallout, and marketing channels
- Experience working with tag management platforms (Ensighten, Tealium, DTM) and data layers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate needs and opportunities with technical and non-technical audiences
- Adobe certification a plus
- Tag management certification a plus
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and computer programming is a plus
