Role Overview:

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in the Pricing Team, you will contribute to the valuation of private equity and credit investments. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining valuation models, conducting industry research, analyzing portfolio company fundamentals, and ensuring compliance with accounting/audit guidelines. You'll actively participate in valuation reviews by third parties and auditors, presenting analyses and summaries to valuations committees. Additionally, you'll play a key role in developing and reviewing controls for overseeing the pricing of various Equity/Fixed Income and derivatives products.

Who We're Looking For:

- Master's degree in finance or equivalent.

- 0-3 years of business valuations experience in Private Equity/debt or investment banking.

- Understanding of various Equity/Fixed Income and derivatives (OTC and Exchange Traded) products.

- Exceptional valuation, research, and financial modeling skills.

- Ability to perform in-depth, innovative, critical analysis.

- Develop a sound knowledge of global geographies, industries, and their investment characteristics.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
