Search Engine Marketing Analyst/Sr.Analyst (Bengaluru Location)

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will work to help improve the efficiency and reach of our search engine marketing (SEM) efforts across 5 global domains through testing, spend optimization, and vertical expansion. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with a passion for the numbers side of marketing. You should be comfortable working with data sets that include millions of keywords and not intimidated by the wonderful world of Google AdWords and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate for this role is a quantitative problem-solver that makes sense out of chaos and infuses insight into his/her team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword sets using keyword research tools, search query data, and competitive research
- Research, build and expand campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and placements
- Mine search query data to find positive opportunities and negative search terms
- Partner with the digital marketing team, to enhance and grow successful search engine marketing campaigns
- Build a Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns and creatives targeting various networks and websites
- Assist with conversion optimization strategy by writing ad copy, A/B testing, to maximize CTR and quality score across engines with a focus on Google
Requirements
- Google Adwords/Bing Ads certification
- Marin tool certification (not required but will be preferred)
- Ability to learn quickly, to organize, and to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency in Excel - should be able to work with large data sets, pivot tables etc.
- Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or advanced degrees in Business, Marketing, and Analytics or related degree
- Experience with Google AdWords or Bing Ads a plus
- Experience with working with large data sets a plus
