Analyst/Senior Analyst/Manager - Credit Risk - US Analytics Business

We have an opening for Credit Risk Analyst / Sr. Analyst / Manager with a US based Analytics company.

Location: Remote

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Utilize all available data sources, including credit bureau, digital, partner, social media, and banking data, to create effective strategies that will help the company achieve its marketing, product, customer, and collections goals.

2. Examine a lot of data, and then develop solutions based on the data insights you find.

3. Be innovative, concentrating on creating new and improved methods employing big data. a machine learning approach

4. Create a portfolio MIS, monitor the performance of the portfolio, and suggest a course of action.

5. Work closely with the client's business teams to implement effective analytics-driven initiatives that will achieve the client's business goals.

Requirements:

1. Data-working skills, including knowledge of and comfort with data extraction, transformation, and insight-gathering. Strong SQL skills are required. Python working expertise is preferred.

2. Solid proficiency with probabilistic and statistical techniques

3. Ability to think clearly and possess good problem-solving abilities while working in unstructured conditions

4. Possess excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, and be able to create presentations for audiences of executives.

5. Exposure to financial services (banks, fintech, etc.) is preferred but not required

6. Knowledge of the US financial industry is advantageous but not necessary.

7. Experience with analytical / statistical tools like SAS, SQL, R or Python is a must
