JD:

- Identifying and documenting business requirements from key business stakeholders.

- Conducting deep dive analyses, gap analyses and proposing responses

- Good understanding of Front to back trading platforms - Murex, Calypso, Summit, Numerix.

- Extensive knowledge of platforms architectures - experience of migrating pricing libraries to and from the trading system.

- Trading platform setup: Pre-trade rules, Simulation, Market data, FDIs, Reports, Product configuration (Swap, Bond generators, Securities) organization and general settings

- Conducting deep dive analyses, gap analysis and proposing responses

- Work with FO Risk analyst to explain outcomes of internal models and sensitivity analysis (Greeks)

- Provide Cross-Asset / Portfolio focused analysis of stress P&L

- Familiarity with booking a product in FO and risk pricing in MO and settling the product through the payment system.

- Awareness of product risks in exotic derivatives and familiarity with designing the same in FpML(Financial products Markup Language)

- Working with technology, exposure to system architecture will be a big plus

- Gather requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g. workshops, work sessions and interviews)

- Analysis of Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how the various applications can best functionally fulfil those needs

- Review specifications with the development team to ensure common understanding

- During the Design phase of projects, validate that any technical designs have been reviewed by the project team and conform to business requirements and the goals of the organisation

- Deliverables for the Business Analysts will be as follows, for each project:

- Business Requirement Documents, methodology changes with no data impact, the Methodology Document produced by the Quants/ methodology team act as a BRD, Functional Requirement Documents, Test Plans and Test Cases (including System Integration and User Acceptance)

- Execution of the test plans and tracking of the defects through to resolution

- Work in partnership with key stakeholders and programs to define business solutions that deliver requirements
