Analyst/Senior Analyst - Global PE Firm - CA/CPA

Our client is global PE firm and is looking to hire in the finance function. They are looking for financial analysts to support the Global finance team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial reporting on behalf of the company's PE funds

2. Preparation of liquidity reports, investor reporting, quarterly and annual reporting

3. Verify and validate the financial statements on quarterly/ annual basis

4. Fund performance analysis and reporting

5. Preparation of investor reporting decks

6. Prepare/ review capital calls, distributions

7. Liquidity forecasting, support tax accounting, review and analyse fund performance

Ideal Candidate:

1. CA/ CPA with atleast 3 years of experience

2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

3. Strong understanding of financial reporting,

4. Good understanding of Fund operations, tax structures and compliance requirements

5. Folks currently working in M&A function at Big 4/ conducting audit of PE/ VC, serving infrastructure clients
