Analyst/Senior Analyst - General Ledger/Reconciliation/Accounting - BFSI

Presently we have opening with one of our reputed clients in Mumbai (Malad)

We are looking for someone having good experience into General Ledger Accounting, Reconciliation, Month end closing reporting, etc

Level :Analyst/Sr Analyst

- Manage and oversee the daily operations bysetting, monitoring and managing the day to day objectives of the team

- Month and end year process, general ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, rent and JV accounting, fixed asset activity, etc

- Monitor, reconcile and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations and other key controls are completed monthly and on time

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Coordinate and complete annual group and statutory audits

- Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

- Meet financial accounting objectives

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

- Work on projects as required by management
