We are hiring for one of our reputed client which is a global investment and technology development firm. Our firm has earned an international reputation for successful investing based on innovation, careful risk management, and the quality and depth of our staff. We have a significant presence in the world's capital markets, investing in a wide range of companies and financial instruments in both developed and developing economies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Financial Research business unit's Primary Research group based out of our office in Hyderabad, India. This group is responsible for supporting our fundamental investment decision making by identifying top industry experts who can provide insights and share knowledge about their respective industries. The role requires intensive research and coordinating with various consultants (including global industry leaders and former CEOs, CFOs, directors, and presidents of public or private companies). 


Responsibilities also include regular internal interactions with the Compliance department, Technology group, Database management division, and Accounts Payable group, as well as liaising with external expert networking vendors. Additionally, the group is also responsible for sourcing unique alternative data assets. This includes bringing raw and unstructured data sets through the pipeline, from sourcing and building partnerships with data vendors.

An ideal candidate will have the following :

- A Bachelors/MBA or an equivalent qualification from a top tier university with 3+years of prior work experience;

- Excellent verbal and writing skills;

- Ability to develop relationships across all levels, including executive management;

- Experience in mentoring teams and developing junior members;

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
