Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial & Regulatory Reporting - CA

A global investment and technology development firm with a reputation for innovation and a stellar team is currently looking for a talented individual to join their Financial and Regulatory Reporting (FinR) team as an Analyst/Senior Analyst. This role, based out of their offices in Hyderabad/Gurugram/Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyse financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Conduct account and performance analyses, manage investor relations, and handle regulatory reporting for global entities.

- Drive change management processes and lead technology projects, including tools for reporting and analysis (Power BI and Power Query).

- Contribute to the launch and closure of funds, participating in structuring complex fund structures and transactions.

- Stay updated on developments in technical accounting, providing guidance on U.S. GAAP.

Qualifications:

- CA qualification (CPA advantageous).

- CA cleared in 1st or 2nd attempt

- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting for global investment or banking entities.

- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query, understanding of IFRS and HKIFRS (advantageous).

- Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banking (advantageous).
