Analyst/Senior Analyst - Finance - Consulting Firm

Our client a Giant Global PE firm is looking to hire for Analyst/ Senior Analyst role. This role will be based in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial reporting on behalf of the PE firm's funds

2. Working closely with Fund finance and operations team

3. Assist in preparing financial reporting, liquidity reports, reports relating to Investor relations

4. Consolidate, review, and analyse liquidity forecast of all assets

5. Preparation/ review of capital calls/ distribution notices

6. Fund financial reporting, tax accounting, oversee the submissions of fund adminstrators

7. Liaise with finance teams across all regions to consolidate, review and analyse the results

Ideal Candidate:

1. CA - Mandatory, 1st attempt is highly preferred

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Prior experience in Big 4s- audit of PE/ VC/ fund services company/ PE/ VC firms/ core financial reporting background.

CTC: 25-40 lacs (depending on current experience and CTC)
