- Looking for Adobe Sitecatalyst, Omniture experience

- Knowledge of or prior experience with off-shoring processes

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Comfortable presenting at Sr leadership levels

- Tools: Adobe (Site-catalyst, Target, Recommendations), Tag management (Ensighten, DTM, Tealium), Big data (Hadoop, SQL, Hive, SAS), Visualization (Tableau, Microstrategy)

- Strong technical understanding of data layers, Javascript, JSON objects to be able to lead successful implementation QA and UAT

- Understanding of Hadoop architecture and Apache Hive, Spark, Falcon, Yarn and MapReduce. Enough to be able to collaborate with IT/engineering teams and create efficient data pipelining.

- Understanding of Tableau or other visualization software and database integrations.
