Analyst/Senior Analyst - Credit Research

We are hiring for Analyst-Senior Analyst-Credit Opportunities for One of our Product based US MNC Company!!

- Experience Range: 1.5 to 5 years

- Qualifications: CA/MBA Finance

- Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore

- Timings: Candidate should be open to working from 2 to 11 PM

Skills: Candidates with exposure to credit research or equity research, exposure to global markets is required.

Job Responsibilities::

1. Candidate will undertake fundamental credit analysis of corporate bond issuers across geographies and work with Front Office desks in the primary and secondary markets.

2. You will be preparing business summaries, historical financial and operating highlights, and summarizing impactful developments. Additionally, you will analyze corporate credit quality and prepare notes from virtual roadshows, concisely summarize industry/company/financials specific nuances.

3. You will also be required to aid front office in reading and extracting key terms from credit documentations such as collateral packages, guarantee structures and springing maturities, including other adhoc projects like short capitalization tables, seniority analysis and relative value tables.
