Analyst/Senior Analyst - Credit - CFA/CA

Responsibilities:

- Conduct fundamental credit analysis of corporate bond issuers across geographies.

- Collaborate closely with Front Office desks in primary and secondary markets.

- Prepare business summaries, historical financial analyses, and impactful development summaries.

- Analyze corporate credit quality and summarize industry/company/financial nuances.

- Assist in reading and extracting key terms from credit documentation.

- Handle ad hoc projects like short capitalization tables and seniority analysis.

Qualifications:

- Master's in Finance, CFA, or CA degree.

- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent fundamental corporate credit analysis skills.

- Exposure to US or European borrowers' credit analysis preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
