Looking for Analyst/ Sr. Analyst - Compensation & Benefits with a leading group.
- MIS reporting & dashboard
- Coordination and execution of all country level benchmarking surveys
- Support in implementation and documentation of HR policies & practices
- Manage local rewards & recognition tool with respect to gathering employee data uploads
- Troubleshooting and handling employee queries related to points redemption etc.
- Extend support for vendor management
- Adhere to compliance guidelines for enplaning a new vendor and maintain necessary documentation for existing ones
Education & Key Skills
- MBA with at least 3 years of relevant experience in comp & ben from consulting firms only.
