- Ability to think strategically and conceptualize operational plans to implement account-specific strategies such as communication and relationship strategy

- Strong client and/or executive relationship building

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to gain consensus and support for efforts across disparate groups, lead stakeholders to a common goal

- Ability to provide insights and data in a structured and visually appealing format. Familiarity with data visualization tools will be an advantage

- Should be innovative, take initiative, and adapt to changes per the business requirements

- Extremely good secondary research skills

- Advanced level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of SharePoint would be an added advantage

- Candidates with Marketing and/or Strategy specialization preferable
