Analyst/Senior Analyst - BFSI/Consulting

We need to induct proactive, self inspired, motivated and confident professionals, with 1-3 years of experience with Investment banking firms or corporates in their corporate strategy teams or consulting/ research firms.

The job provides challenging environment and an opportunity to work on multiple prestigious / exclusive and live M&A Advisory mandates, business consulting projects, across sectors and geographies.

- Candidate will have end-to-end client facing involvement, right from pitching stage to transaction closure.

- Candidate will have to lead execution under direct supervision of firms management

The profile will also allow to work closely with firm's maiden SEBI AIF registered Realty fund on reviewing various investment proposals, doing market survey for said location/proposal, preparation of the financial model,IRR analysis etc.

- The Candidate will also be involved in post investment monitoring process

Job responsibilities:

- Assisting the team in conducting industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface and be a touch point from data gathering to preparation of various documentation materials (include visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements etc)

- Client Servicing: Carry out assignments relating to research, consulting, M&A for companies under the guidance of team

- Assist and support in research, data gathering, analysis and report preparation

- Market research

- Should be open for business development for the firm
