Role & Responsibility:-

We prefer candidates who have worked in the finance domain with quantitative modelling/validation experience that means good knowledge of financial products in addition to maths and statistics. Candidates with retail finance background is not completely relevant since their experience is related more towards credit cards. Whereas, they are looking for experience in modelling/validation within investment banking, wholesale banking and commercial banking & good experience in knowing financial products like equity, bonds, CDS's etc.
