Type: Analyst/Associate role in a KPO setup

Coverage: Overseas markets and India, sector agnostic

Description

- Prepare pitch decks, Company profiles, IPO & bond issuance prospectus and road show presentations

- Financial models, Cash flow models and Company valuation

- Transaction comparables, Ratio analysis & Competitor benchmarking

- Industry reports, Sector research and Macroeconomic overview

- Develop and maintain transaction database

Desired skills :

- Proven expertise/ background in capital markets, having worked on equity or debt issuances

- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Office and Powerpoint

- Working knowledge of at least one financial database like Bloomberg, Factset, Dealogic, Factiva, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines
