Analyst/Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Qvidian Content Specialist - Big4


Responsibilities : 

Our client,a Big4 Audit firm, is looking for a professional with strong and diverse capabilities in critical thinking, project management, content development and management, writing, and content layout to own pursuit-related projects and be responsible for collecting, reviewing, organizing, and managing standardized information using Qvidian and other tools and resources.

The Pursuit team is a key team in the Big4 firm that creates the sales pitch, managing processes from initial Request for Information (RFI), to complex Request for Proposals (RFP), to Pitch presentations through and client conversations.

- The primary job responsibility includes coordinating the development and maintenance of libraries of common pursuit content, working closely with specialists in that content. Another portion of the role includes owning the development of client-facing deliverables from content creation through layout and delivery. Examples include meeting materials and basic proposals and presentations. These deliverables may be developed from scratch or customized based on past or established materials.

- Depending on the project, the professional in this role would work as an individual contributor, member of a tag-team, or as part of a broader team.

- The successful professional will have the ability to get up-to-speed quickly on the Big 4 company's business and offerings, the client's needs, and any unique project requirements. He or she must be highly attentive to detail with a focus on ensuring accuracy.

- The role will also require a self-starter who has an interest in recognizing opportunities for streamlining existing processes and driving efficiencies, and an ability to put in place methods to achieve these ends.

- The successful professional must work well under pressure and tight timelines and demonstrate adaptability to different working styles and expectations of internal clients and team members.

Qualifications :

- 1 to 3 years of experience for Analyst

- 3 to 6 years of experience for Senior Analyst role, and,

- 7+ years of work experience for Assistant Manager role in presales/proposal management/content development or knowledge management

- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Business/Management

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Intellectual curiosity and ability to "get smart quick" on a wide variety of topics

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously.

- Experience with metadata and managing and cataloging of content preferred.

- Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; with a keen eye for detail.

- Fluency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related programs required. (Familiarity with Qvidian or other proposal automation software a plus. Familiarity with Adobe products such as InDesign and InCopy a plus.)

- High level of flexibility and adaptability
