Analyst/Senior Analyst - Asset Backed Securities - Commercial Real Estate Sector Research

What we're looking for:

- Real estate valuation and modeling experience.

- Experience range: 3 to 7 years.

- Education: MBA/CA/CFA

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Candidate should have a finance degree (MBA) or an equivalent qualification along with 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience. Experience with financial content, sector research in commercial real estate, data analysis and transformation will be preferred.

- The candidate should have experience in valuation of CRE properties and expertise in performing appraisal of commercial real estate holdings as well as portfolios

- The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of structured finance asset classes and willingness to expand skill set into new sectors and products

- The candidate should also possess keen analytical skills, and should have the ability to effectively interact with trading desk/stakeholders

- Candidates should have the ability to lead a project while working independently with limited direction and guidance, and be a good team player

- Candidates should also have excellent verbal and written

communication skills, and attention to detail
