Global Metrics team manages the production of reports consumed by Operations teams for processing transactions, control oversight and / or client reporting. The Quality Control function within Metrics is tasked to ensure adherence of governance standards that- ve been established. The team is expected to possess a strong control mind set and experience in process reviews, report writing skills on Business Objects, feisty knowledge of

- Microsoft Office and efficient project management.

Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief :

- Create and design reports on Business Objects

- Synthesize information from data and enable proactive decisions

- Pursue automation opportunities to streamline report generation

- Position self as a business analyst in developing infrastructure data feeds from source systems

- Manage work allocation and back up planning to ensure seamless delivery and quality.

Skills:

- Pre - requisites

- Business Analyst/analysis

- Strong MI Experience (Excel, ppt, share point)

- IB Ops - 50 % weightage ( should know products, basic understanding of how a trade life cycle works)

- Hands on experience on Dashboards, Trackers, Share Point

- Business Objects Exposure is a mandate for this role (Extracting reporting- s/running queries/making reports on BO)

- Good exposure in Financial accounting and reporting
