Analyst/Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable - BFSI

Primary responsibilities include:

1) Experience in Accounts Payable is Mandate

2) Processing vendor invoices on DESRI's NetSuite and Bill.com accounting and payment platforms - including capturing all invoices for payment, selecting appropriate payment terms, reviewing general ledger coding, investigating past due balances, and comply

3)Company policies and procedures for processing invoices.

4)Liaising closely with colleagues in Hyderabad and the USA to ensure accurate processing of invoices and related activities.

5)Reviewing monthly A/P ledgers to identify missing invoices.

6) Liaising with vendors to obtain missing invoices, scrutinizing invoices, and resolving queries and vendor payment issues.

7)Handling W-9 administration and new vendor set up on the NetSuite accounting platform.

8) Providing support to the DESRI team on the monthly draw process.

9) Preparing wire documentation and instructions and sending them to DESRI's third party accounting service provider to process payments through Bill.com.

10) Identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve the efficiency, timeliness and control over DESRI's accounts payable activities.

11) Supporting other elements of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement close process and reporting- including accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations and independent audit support.
