Analyst /Senior Aalyst - Regulatory Reporting - Investment Bank

Responsibility:

- Data Assurance for RWA and Capital calculation for Nomura's EMEA entities

- Creating various new dashboard for data Analysis of Credit and Market Risk

- Developing controls and KRIs

- Provide project management co-ordination

- Active involvement with risk finance change for technical specification documentation

- Draft other required documentation, e.g. SLA, policies & procedures, operating manual

- Support development of processes / operating model required to provide services to German entity; this will include ensuring efficiencies / automation and control improvements are also applied to existing reporting processes

- Engage with broader data model initiatives (e.g. BCBS239, Global Finance Technology Strategy) to improve operating efficiency

Skills: Mandatory Desired:

Domain :

- Experience designing and building data models

- Experience with Big Data Analytics tools (Tableau, Qlikview etc) and use thereon for dashboard building etc

- Understanding on programming language (SQL, Python, R), used where relevant with Tableau / Excel

- Working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, etc.

- Experience of working with / in a Regulatory Reporting team (CRD IV Capital, RWA, Leverage Exposure)

- BCBS239 implementation experience

Preferred but non essential - Technical:

- Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Exposure to a Regulatory Capital Calculation system

- Excel Macros and VBA
