Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA - Automotive/Mobility/Travel/Hospitality/Industrial/Manufacturing

Job Summary :

- Business consulting for Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure & Transportation Sector clients with primary skills as Industry process skill and secondary skill as SAP HANA

- SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration;

- SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

- SAP HANA professionals design, implement and deploy SAP HANA solutions for our customers in the consumer's goods industry, including SAP S/4 HANA

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery

- Independently handle project workstream, with limited supervision

- Industry Expertise: - Develop strong Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Travel industry expertise. Management Consulting or functional/operational experience is required.

- Ability to perform in different scopes of consulting projects in the CPLS domain and build this capability within the team.

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Work with small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients; Comfortable working at the highest levels of the client organization

- Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment

- Skills in supply chain methodologies/tools/technology are highly desirable

- Support and help in business development and marketing activities to grow the Enterprise Transformation consulting practice.

- Any tech. exposure to SAP PLM/ HANA/ Hybris design & implementation/strong end-user experience is preferred.

Requirement - Experience, and Qualifications :

- MBA is a mandate

- 1+ years of the overall industry and/or consulting experience

- Should have worked in the Automotive / Industrial equipment/ Travel or done extensive consulting within these industries with experience in the following areas:

Manufacturing strategy, Planning & Operations; Service, Spare Parts & Warranty Management; Industrial Internet of Things, Connected Products & Services; Product Lifecycle Management

- Required skills: Strategy development, Business Process Reengineering, Supply Chain Scenario Modelling & Analytics skills

- Any exposure to back end services/ technology will be a plus

- Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint

- Direct work experience or Consulting experience in North America is preferable.

- The ability to work in US geography is preferable.
