Candidate Profile :

Work Experience : Relevant 2-3 Years of Experience

Education : Engineering or Graduate with MBA

Talent segment : Sales Enablement

Key Skills :

- Experience in Presales activities / RFP Proposals.

- Preparing quotes.

- Technical understanding on CISCO.

- IBM (servers/networking products & storage).

- Sales Cycle.

- SAP Sales Experience preferred.

Job Description :

- The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for providing operational support to the Onshore Client and Sales Support Team on as per their requirements.

- The candidate will also work with a team of analysts to meet the client requirements on vendor related activities including but not limited to quoting invoicing and order placement throughout sales or resale cycle.

- The person shall also be responsible to provide guidance to the Sales Directors on historical discounts by using the data from Quoting Tool.

Must Have :

- Working experience on Cisco Renewals Tool CSCC and understanding of takeovers is a must.

- Sales terminologies like Markup or Margin and understanding of Freight terminologies.

- Understanding of commercial terms and conditions.

- At least one current relevant industry certification on any of the network or storage or compute platform.

- Understanding the configuration line items their relevance and relative differences for different geography.

- Ability to take outputs from Network or Compute or Server Design package to create Excel Spreadsheets and Visio of design to present to customers or placement in RFPs.

- Capability to produce and format high quality deliverables using templates.

- Ability to learn Network or Compute or Server product lines to be able to understand configuration and vendor tools for order placement sharing and within tools collaboration.

- Ability to understand requirements and validate the requirements and Bill of Materials provided.

Certifications and Prior Experience :

At least one current relevant industry certification.

- Up to 5 years of experience on following

- 3 years of experience installing administering or selling primary Compute or Server systems.

- Understanding designing Compute or Server or Data Centre systems.

- Data Centre Hardware experience

Other Skills :

- 1+ years of hands on experience within a Data Centre

- 1+ year of Network administration.

- 1+ years of experience designing Compute or Server or other infrastructure hardware

- Development of professional high quality deliverables using - Spreadsheets/excel & Visio diagrams

- Good communication skills.

- Capability to engage with Sales Directors Solution Architects and other people of the Executive Level to brief and present the solution.

- Presentations skills capability to understand the high level requirements and lead the team and collaborate virtually
