Analyst - Sales - Process/Programs & Development - Logistics Firm

We are recruiting Sales Analyst with a leading logistics company based at Mumbai. This company is among the Top 5 logistics organizations in India.

Responsibilities :

- Extract and analyse large amounts of data from various sales related databases. Prepare information in an organized and systematic manner for a diversified audience.

- Work closely with Sales Planning & Development Manager on Sales Analytics and Business Intelligence Reporting.

- Build databases and data warehouse for analysis and archive purposes. Generate need-based reports and archive them properly. Administer any changes to the database and ensure data integrity.

- Provide support in order to facilitate delivery of achievement of business plans across Sales Channels and revenue streams, through sales reporting, statistics and sales administration.

- Ensure deployment of adequate Technologies, Tools & Processes to Support Sales Process.

- Monitor sales processes and activities. Ensure that the systems in place to measure these activities are updated and capture all key indicators and other relevant measurements.

- Understand the various internal systems and its linkages to each other to extract the appropriate data from, as and when required.
