Sales Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Well versed in Salesforce.com CRM and its functionalities such as user access, profiles, creating/ running ad hoc reports, creating dashboards, extract data

- Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements

- Frontline Operations Support for the Sales organisation take charge act as a liaison on sales force requests/automation projects

- Conceptualize and support implementing business process automations on various sales tools to improve sales team productivity and CRM data quality

- Maintain and help run the sales incentive compensation processes

- Examine past data and previous trends to help the sales function with identifying any issues with the existing sales process, pipeline, and metrics while finding the best solutions

- Working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and IT organizations

- Knowledge of working with 3rd party solutions, or apps in the SFDC environment is desirable (HubSpot, Apptopia, Crossbeam, CPQ, Commission tools etc)

- Very good understanding of the sales cycle from the Lead generation process, opportunity creation to deal closure and commission pay-outs.

- Keen on understanding the key problem and gather requirements to tackle the issue

- Provide first-level support to the end-users, including issue resolution/escalation

- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

- Ability to effectively communicate across departments to define problems and work out solutions with the team members

- Keep up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality

- Ability to prioritize tasks, identify trends and manage escalations with appropriate status updates and communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications Desired Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years full-time Sales Operations experience in the SaaS Industry

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment

- Track record of taking ownership of complex operational requirements, working with data and supporting data based decisions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams

- Highly proficient in Excel, query tools and other MS office products

- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree

- B2B and from SAAS backgrounds,

- Exposure to Salesforce Lightning (components),

- 2+ years full-time Sales Operations,

- Upto 2 months Notice,

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
