Sales and marketing analyst
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 3+ yrs
Education : BE + MBA
Purpose of the role : To act as an interface between Sales Team and Management and ensuring timely resolution of all the queries related to Product, Pricing etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic inputs to management by analysis of the various vertical of sales & Marketing.
- Monitoring the business line wise volumes for products, regions, and channels to ensure the target achievement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, SCM team for debottlenecking the sales / despatches.
- Understand the Market scenario thru Individual / Joint visits with Jt. Managing director to ensure Internal & External customer satisfaction.
- Support creating the process to overcome challenges faced by the various functions related to marketing.
- Provide insights on the effectiveness of the various marketing initiatives thru various interactions at all levels.
- Attending all Technical, Commercial and Strategic meetings with the director and prepare Action points and supervise & monitor them, until they are successfully closed.
- Providing business Intelligence support to the Jt. Managing Director and other members of the executive management team in terms of generating the required information, working on the back-end calculations, creating the business plans etc
- Develop top level review mechanism by leading the monthly and quarterly progress reviews of various marketing verticals and support functions by evaluating performance related to respective KPIs.
- Conduct historical analysis, market study, draw up of future projections.
- Ensure prompt decision making by Jt. Managing Director, by preparing teams for pre-discussions in terms of data gathering, collation, analysis and presentation leading to a logical conclusion.
