We are hiring for the position of Sales FMCG/CPG-Analyst, in top most management consulting firms for Gurgaon and Bangalore location.

ONLY CANDIDATES FROM FMCG/CPG domain preferred.

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore

Sales professionals to design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through sales diagnostic, process reengineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.

Sales Strategy professionals

- Work on diagnostics on client data and processes to understand gaps, in the current state processes to help improve client processes

- Work on implementing devised plans on sales strategy and sales operations, channel strategy and design, channel partner management, sales force effectiveness, sales processes, sales compensation & reward and sales operations optimization.

- Additional Engagement Opportunities Include: “Voice of the customer” analysis to understand customer needs and behaviors, Customer experience assessment and gap analysis, Customer experience design and delivery, Market entry strategy development, Product launch strategy, Channel mix assessment and strategy, Sales channel optimization, Process Assessment & Improvisation, Sales Data Analysis, Marketing Planning & Assessment & Sales Enhancement Strategy

Additional Responsibilities may include

- Business Development

- Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities

- Internal Development

- Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals

Experience:

Specific experience will include:

- A minimum of 1 – 2 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the CGS/Products/Auto/IE industry

- Consulting or functional experience in

- Sales Strategy and Business Planning

- Product and market entry/launch strategy

- Sales Operations

- Channel management ( Direct / Indirect)

- Sales Force Incentive Management

- Trade Spend management

- Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable

- Strong program management/ people management skills

- Experience working with “C” level executives

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School

- Global exposure will be desirable

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Structured approach to Problem solving

- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments

- Desire to work in an information systems environment

Other Details

- Location –Bangalore/Gurgaon

- Travel - Ability to accommodate global travel – 60%-70% or more
