Sales Contracts Analyst

- Drafting contractual documents (Sales Proposals, Letters of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Purchase Agreements and Amendments, as applicable)

- Ensuring full compliance with the internal approval process

- Monitoring the on-time payment by the customers of predelivery payments and the aircraft deliveries to customers

- Maintaining a database of all documents submitted by Airbus to customers in the region

- This role will involve frequent travel for business to Toulouse and as such you must be able to travel accordingly

- 3-5 yrs of experience with OEMs with an understanding of contract law / a consulting experience in a multinational company with clients in the airlines industry

- Sound knowledge of financial tools and proven drafting skills and a strong sense of rigour
