Analyst - Risk Portfolio Management - Trade Finance

Technical Skills:

Educational background in Finance / Economics / Computing

Relevant 1-2 years experience in Trade Finance and respective Trade Finance product knowledge, for general understanding of relevant product structures, including major risk components and parameters

e.g. Notional, RWA, Start/Maturity Date, Product Type etc. -

Experience in LEMG and knowledge of relevant securitization processes desirable

Experience in portfolio analysis and management

Understanding of Credit Risk and implications to business

Strong skills in Excel

Basic knowledge of data querying from data systems - SQL, MS Access, etc

Programming experience in C++/C# along with SQL database management would be good to have

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and consolidate hedging requests for GTB Trade Finance corporate and FI clients as basis information required for the - at least monthly - replenishment of the GTB CLO portfolios

Validate consolidated hedging requests, checking for completeness and plausibility

Communicate with TF business if clarifications / adjustments on the hedging requests are required

Submit hedging requests to the GTB Securitization Data Manager

Validate TF loan sub-portfolios for CLO replenishment created by the GTB Securitization Data Manager, t check if all hedging requirements can be realized, advice on adjustments of the portfolios if required

Communicate with the LEMG Securitization team on processing the TF loan data for CLO replenishment, including monitoring that submitted hedging requests are accommodated in the CLO portfolio

Follow up on data adjustment / clarification requests from LEMG Securitization
