Risk Controller - Analyst

- The Corporate Risk team provides a stringent governance and control framework and focuses on aggregate Firmwide exposures and risk mitigation.

- The Corporate Risk team supports the firm's belief in a holistic approach to risk analysis by focusing on key Risk disciplines across the - individuals businesses.

- Disciplines include: Credit Risk, Market Risk, Principal Risk, Operational Risk, Country Risk, Model Risk, Legal Risk, Fiduciary Risk and Reputation Risk.

- Within the broader organization the Risk Controller team is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of Firmwide Risk data.

Overall the team is responsible for the following functions:

- Substantiation of Risk data to ensure it is at the same level of precision as financial data with appropriate metrics.

- Creation of a globally consistent reconciliation model across all Risk stripes with no gaps.

- Comprehensive and consistent controls points between LOB's and Risk.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The controller team requires individuals based in India to support the development of a risk controller function.

- This role will execute on the end to end risk control environment including reconciliation, substantiation, controls around manual adjustments, and LOB attestation.

- The role requires a balance of technical skill and business focus and will allow the individual to gain experience across several financial product s.

- The individual is expected to interact heavily across the firm within Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Finance and Business Management, Middle Office and Technology.
