Position Summary and Impact:

Position Summary : The Data Delivery Analyst is responsible for delivering quantitative information about Nuveen and its investment strategies for client, consultant and prospect requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQ).

The position will source data from teams and systems across Nuveen to complete the quantitative portion of information requests in RFPs, RFIs, DDQs accurately, consistently, under strict deadlines. Data includes assets under management breakdowns, gained/lost accounts, staff tenure and turnover, portfolio characteristics, and portfolio or composite historical performance returns and statistics. The position will serve as a resource and data specialist, perform data quality checks, and increase knowledge of Nuveen's extensive suite of asset management and investment capabilities across asset classes and investment styles.

Functional Leadership Responsibilities:

- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of quantitative data sections of various client and prospect questionnaires, including RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs on an ad hoc and recurring basis to attract and retain clients

- Establish strong relationships with internal business partners who produce and govern data, including the Asset Management and Investment Data Services (AMIDS) team, Human Resources Services team, Performance teams, and other data providers within Nuveen, as well as with key stakeholders in the Global Client Group

- Create an organized repository of historical data needed to satisfy RFP/RFI/DDQ/DB requests

- Perform data quality checks; research and resolve any discrepancies

- Document procedures and create instructional desk reference guides

- Serve as a resource partner within New Business and Retention Services team

- Demonstrate Nuveen's values and behaviors

- Conduct other adhoc and special projects as required

Job Requirements And Qualifications:

Required Education: Masters

MBA/PGDM (Finance) or equivalent

Preferred Education: CFA L1 cleared, CIPM, AMFI

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience of 3-5 years in the Asset Management industry, retail and/or institutional investment business, across traditional and/or alternatives investment strategies

- Client focused mindset

- Ability to process high volume of deliverables consistently and effectively under strict deadlines and with accuracy and keen attention to detail

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment both independently and as part of a team

- Identify and implement process improvements and streamline efficiencies.

- Highly proficient in Excel and quick learner of various data systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations globally

- Familiarity with enterprise data solutions, data management and ability to establish technical requirements

- Highly organized, self-motivated, strong work ethic and accountability

Special Skills:

- Experience using macros, VBA, or other programming avenues

- Experience of implementing automation in data management
