Job Title: Analyst: Research & Consulting (8-12L)

Job Summary:

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting consulting projects through research, analysis, and data collection. This role will involve working closely with project teams to gather information, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and contribute to the development of client deliverables. The Analyst will play a key role in synthesizing findings, generating insights, and assisting in the formulation of recommendations to address client needs.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and gather data from various sources to support consulting projects.

- Assist in the design and execution of surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client objectives.

- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations.

- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives and participate in training and development activities to enhance consulting skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, technology or a related discipline.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.

- Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools such as Excel (and others) is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic consulting environment.

- 5-7 years of previous experience in management consulting, market research, or related fields.
