Analyst - Real Estate Investment

Looking for Client based in Mumbai for the role of Analyst - Real Estate.

Analyse Real Estate Investment Opportunities

- Assist in analysing, structuring, negotiating, recommending and when approved, closing new deals including working on due diligence and legal documentation), sourced by the investment management team.

- Develop financial models to analyse opportunities

- Conduct research on property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis

- Assist senior members in the selection, evaluation and on-going monitoring of relationships and investments

- Provide assistance to investment management professionals in business development and relationship management

Execute Real Estate Investments

- Assists in the underwriting process of real estate investments

- Manages specific aspects of the execution of the real estate investment opportunity

- Participates in due diligence meetings with partners and external advisors

- Coordinates closing activities internally and externally

- Contribute to the note to be presented to the investment committee

2-4 years of relevant experience in India in real estate and or corporate finance/ capital markets.
