Real Estate Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Sourcing Data from public and private sources for supporting the Deal & Investor Sourcing teams

- Preparation of excel models for underwriting

- Preparation of presentations for internal & external consumption

- Preparation of various internal & external notes including IM, CC Notes etc.

- Liaise with various internal and external groups to collect and analyze relevant information

- Other projects as desired

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Ability to work effectively as a team player

- Strong analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Keen interest in Real Estate

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience
